REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT (RCM) ANALYST - (HYBRID)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems and RCM software.
- Strong understanding of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and billing processes.
- Experience with claim denial management and resolution.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance policies and reimbursement methodologies.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid).
