JOB ROLE
- Supervise and Coordinate Inbound Operations
- Client / Agent Relationship Management
- Develop and Maintain Supplier Relationships
- Ensure Service Quality
- Sales and Marketing
- Budget Management and Reporting
- Team Leadership
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Must have a minimum of 08 - 10 years’ experience in Inbound travel industry.
- People management skills.
- Exposure to up-market travel both FITs and Agents.
- Be highly motivated.
- Marketing & Business development experience.
