Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong command of Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.

Primary duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management with data gathering, processing, and organization for strategic decision-making.
• Implement directives and follow up with sales teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and present management reports; lead monthly sales team meetings.
