Personal Assistant to the Director (Onsite)
Location: Orion City, Colombo 09
Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support the Director of a fast-growing Australian and New Zealand Recruitment Company. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team with a strong focus on growth and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Background working with Australian companies (preferred)
- Tech-savvy, active, and energetic
- Strong English communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a small team
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calls, and messages for the Director
- Organize the Director’s calendar and travel plans
- Prepare reports and assist with credit control tasks
- Join and take minutes in meetings
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Assist with accounting, payroll, and budgeting
- Handle research and project-related tasks
- Support both professional and personal activities of the Director
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
