Personal Assistant to the Director (Onsite)

Location: Orion City, Colombo 09

Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

We are hiring a Personal Assistant to support the Director of a fast-growing Australian and New Zealand Recruitment Company. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team with a strong focus on growth and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Background working with Australian companies (preferred)
  • Tech-savvy, active, and energetic
  • Strong English communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a small team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calls, and messages for the Director
  • Organize the Director’s calendar and travel plans
  • Prepare reports and assist with credit control tasks
  • Join and take minutes in meetings
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams
  • Assist with accounting, payroll, and budgeting
  • Handle research and project-related tasks
  • Support both professional and personal activities of the Director

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
