Manager Front Office
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experiences.
- Handling customer complaints and special requests.
- Supporting, training, and supervising front office staff.
- Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated.
- Scheduling staff shifts and managing other employee-related tasks.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area.
- Monitoring stock and ordering office supplies, including stationery and information leaflets.
- Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations.
- Managing the departmental budget.
Requirements
- Should have a minimum of 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the managerial category.
- Should possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution or university.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
