FABRICATION / PROJECT COORDINATOR
A Project and Fabrication Coordinator manages the execution of fabrication projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget, while also coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. This role combines project management responsibilities with direct involvement in the fabrication process.
Job Role
- Develops project plans, timelines, and work schedules.
- Manages and coordinates resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Liaises with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Identifies and resolves issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
- Ensures that fabrication projects meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintains project documentation, including progress reports, status updates, and change orders.
- Assists with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
Job Requirements
- Experience in project related to aluminium, wood will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Strong ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
