Assistant Manager – Operations
- Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences.
- Requirements: 2+ years in hotel management, leadership skills, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Kitchen Sou Chef
- Responsibilities: Supervise kitchen staff, maintain food quality and safety standards, and assist with menu planning.
- Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, culinary expertise, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demi Chef & Commi
- Responsibilities: Assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and support senior chefs.
- Requirements: Relevant culinary qualifications and at least 1-2 years of kitchen experience.
Front Office Coordinator
- Responsibilities: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth front office operations.
- Requirements: Strong communication skills, experience in hospitality, and familiarity with front desk software.
Housekeeping Room Attendants
- Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, ensure all amenities are replenished, and report maintenance issues.
- Requirements: Attention to detail, previous housekeeping experience preferred.
F&B Service – Waiters & Waitresses
- Responsibilities: Serve food and beverages to guests, assist with menu recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Requirements: Good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and previous experience in F&B service preferred.
