INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka (Inc.), the nation’s leader in Human Resource Management, which is fast expanding to meet the current and emerging demands of the HR Profession, requires a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to fill the vacancy of the Intern – Information Technology.

The ideal candidate should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality, willing to take responsibility and initiative to handle assigned tasks within specific time limits. He/she should be adaptable to working in a challenging work environment.

JOB PROFILE:

• Identify and rectify hardware issues in the CIPM lecture halls and staff computers.
• Install OS and other relevant software and network.
• Update the status report of all IT Hardware and Network Resources.
• Update and maintain IT Inventory.
• Providing technical support to CIPM Events, workshops, seminars etc.
• Should be able to provide technical support to CIPM Study Centers and Regional Centers.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• G.C.E A/L (Preferably done ICT as a Subject) with a Diploma in IT or currently pursuing a degree in IT.
• Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala.
• Willing to pursue a career in IT infrastructure/ Network.
• Passion to learn new technologies and ability to work in stretched hours.
• Willing to work weekends and long hours where necessary.

Remuneration for the above position is negotiated and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
