Team Lead - Facilities Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Managing facility maintenance work via a ticketing system ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Managing the email box by prioritizing and redirecting tasks to the correct department members
  • Liaising with the property team (virtually) to ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external parties
  • Maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system
  • Updating the property lease portal with required details
  • Following up suppliers within to ensure all work has been completed as per agreement

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in facilities management, tenant representation experience, customer service
  • Following or completed a relevant degree program
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Willingness to work for the Australian Time (7.30am to 4.00pm) and Calendar
