  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to speak in Hindi language would be a definite advantage
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages and web browsing
  • Willingness to work on shift basis
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage the time effectively
  • Age below 35 years
