IMMEDIATE VACANCIES
Kids in Action has an immediate vacancy for a suitably qualified person to manage the Pre School & Child Care Center in Kaduwela / Pelawatta. Those possessing the attributes and qualifications mentioned below may please apply for the position.
CENTER MANAGER - KADUWELA / PELAWATTA BRANCHES (LADIES ONLY)
- Preferably a Degree/ Diploma in Education along with preschool qualifications obtained from OUSL or any other recognized institution
- Have previous experience in managing a Pre-school / Childcare Center with over 100 students and have experience in managing staff
- Friendly disposition. Should be a customer oriented person
- Ability to deal with parents and their concerns
- Have experience in managing an English medium Pre-school
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Below 50 years
- At least 5 years’ of experience in working with children. Priority will be given to those who have worked in the capacity of Assistant Center Manager previously
PRESCHOOL TEACHERS
- Pre School Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a teacher.
- Fluency in English
