Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers to meet company procurement needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and associated documentation.
  • Support maintaining and enhancing strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Analyze procurement data to generate insightful reports for decision-making.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with procurement regulations and documenting all processes.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
