EXECUTIVE - TEA BAG MACHINE TECHNICIAN
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain IMA (Stapler Free) tea bag machines according to the maintenance schedule.
- Supervise the production process, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
- Ensure production deadlines and shipment schedules are met on time.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on machines as needed to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, repairs and spare parts inventory.
- Order and manage stock of necessary machine parts and supplies.
Prerequisites:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on operating and technical experience with IMA tea bag machines.
- Operating experience with FUSO, HST and SOLLAS machines is an advantage.
- Ability to oversee production, ensuring quality control and meeting shipment deadlines.
- Ability to perform routine and emergency maintenance on tea bag machines.
- Energetic, proactive and willing to work extended hours when necessary.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
