ASSOCIATE TECH LEAD
Position Overview
Looking for an Associate Tech Lead to engage with external clients, overseeing project delivery and ensuring alignment with business goals while mentoring and guiding junior developers for skill development and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand client needs and ensure that technical requirements align with their expectations.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
Project Oversight:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Team Mentorship:
- Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance on coding standards, best practices, and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Code Review and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, promoting high-quality code and efficient development processes.
- Implement and advocate for testing and quality assurance practices within the team.
Technical Leadership:
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending tools and techniques to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Ensure proper documentation of project architecture, processes, and standards for future reference and onboarding.

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant industry experience, including demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in the latest versions of the .NET Framework and IDEs, showcasing adaptability to evolving technologies.
- Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and ReactJS, with a passion for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Solid experience in database design and development using SQL, including the ability to create efficient data models, write complex queries, and optimize database performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with developers.
