VACANCY

SUPERVISOR - EMBROIDERY

Texlan Center (Pvt) Ltd is one of the BOI approved companies operating in Sri Lanka for the last 35 years in the business of manufacturing hosiery products for export. We are under the Interloop Group which is one of the world's largest hosiery manufacturers with Hosiery being its core business. The Company offers a wide range of socks with high quality levels and in line with all types of customers including top brands, retailers, specialty stores etc. The company is looking for dynamic, hardworking and ambitious individuals for the following vacancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and train embroidery staff, providing instruction on techniques, machine operation, and quality standards.
• Oversee the creation of embroidery samples to test new designs and techniques.
• Monitor daily production processes to ensure timely completion of embroidery orders.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of embroidery machines and ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Prepare regular reports on production metrics, quality outcomes, and team performance.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Successfully passed the G.C.E A/L exam.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in embroidery production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of embroidery machines “Tajima Machine”, software, and techniques.
