Junior Executive – Human Resources

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of executing the company’s monthly employee recognition programs.
  • Manage end-to-end administration of employee benefit programs, including SHE, CIC, annual health check-ups, and other employee benefit schemes.
  • Oversee all aspects of employee leave and attendance management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the People Advisor for HRIT related matters, including updates and changes in Workday System.
  • Manage the exit clearance process including retirements to ensure smooth employee offboarding.
  • Collaborate and support other HR functions of the Company as and when required.

Candidates are required to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR from local or foreign university
  • Minimum of 1+ years’ of experience in HR related roles
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizing skills and attention to detail
