A leading marketing technology company serving markets around the globe is looking to recruit dynamic individuals for its Back-Office Validation Centers in Colombo & Kurunegala, Sri Lanka. The company’s core business involves addressing today’s and tomorrow’s most significant problems in retail operations, cooperating globally with top tier manufacturers and retailers through state-of-the-art image recognition technology supporting the sales force in the field with Real time information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Should possess Certificate or Diploma level qualification in HRM
• 02+ years of experience in payroll processing
• Should be strong in analytics and statistical skills (Will be tested)
• Ability to work independently & meeting tight deadlines
• Well conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills and able to build effective relationships
• Age should be below 30 years
