MARKETING COORDINATOR

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing (hospitality/tourism preferred)
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot)
• Organizational sharp eye for detail

ASSISTANT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE L&D

QUALIFICATIONS

• SLITHM graduate (all 4 basics completed)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality L&D/HR
• Age below 30
• Permanently resident of South Coast (Galle or Wadduwa preferred)
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Team player with good organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office (L&D tools a plus)

GUEST RELATION OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards
• Strong communication skills in English (other languages an advantage)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office or similar role
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & reservation systems)
• Friendly, polite, and guest-focused attitude
