SALES REPRESENTATIVE VACANCY
Comfort World International is a leader in the lifestyle industry, renowned for innovation and excellence. We manufacture high-quality products for clients in Sri Lanka, Seychelles, and the Maldives. We are one of 35 global licensees to manufacture and distribute Spring Air and Serta USA mattresses.
We are seeking dynamic Sales Representatives for the Kurunegala District, Central Province, and Southern Province.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage dealer relationships and drive sales to achieve targets
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions across digital, email, and social media platforms
- Deliver exceptional customer support and ensure high satisfaction
- Identify and pursue opportunities for territory expansion
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and manage customer interactions professionally
- Expertise in planning and executing promotions
- Possessing a motorbike and a valid driver’s license is a must
