Your Role:

  • Lead API sales and promote our premium pharma packaging materials, machinery, and solutions to manufacturers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Craft tailored sales strategies, identify new markets, and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align customer needs with our innovative products.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts to position AYU as the go-to partner.

We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharma APIs, packaging, or machinery (freshers with stellar aptitude are welcome too).
  • A knack for turning complex technical specs into compelling client solutions.
  • A go-getter attitude with a track record of smashing targets.
  • Basic understanding of pharma supply chains or manufacturing processes.
