Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies across departments.
  • Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Lead HR initiatives that support operational and strategic goals of the hotel.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar HR role, ideally in hospitality.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and data-driven HR practices.
  • Ethical, proactive, and solutions-focused professional.
