Human Resources Manager
The right candidate should have following credentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or professional qualification in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources management experience, with at least 2 years in managerial level in manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, compliance requirements and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala and English, along with interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and HRIS.
