PURCHASING OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Execute procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials to meet operational requirements.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to manage procurement budgets and cost controls.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and price lists for internal auditing.
- Manage the import process, including handling LCs (Letters of Credit), shipping documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
- Find & develop new suppliers to improve supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum 01 year of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on import operations
- Sounds knowledgeable about supply chain management, business administration, or international trade.
