We are presently looking for talented, pro-active experienced individuals to be part of our dedicated team as part of our expansion policy. We are based in Waikkala (Close Proximity to Negombo).
MERCHANDISING MANAGER / HEAD OF MERCHANDISING
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Apparel Industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English / negotiation skills & computer proficiency (Excel / ERP systems).
- Maintain up to date reports related to ordering of fabric & liaise with international suppliers.
- Age below 45 years.
- Attractive package of remuneration is on offer for the right candidate.
SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER / SENIOR HEAD OF QUALITY
- Minimum 10 years of experience in handling all the quality aspects from receiving fabric till dispatch of garments.
- Should be an active team player / meet deadlines & ability to work long hours.
- Should be less than 45 years.
- Ability to train the quality checkers and maintain the applicable quality standards.
- English communication skills is must & computer skills.

EMBROIDERY DEPARTMENT SENIOR
- Minimum 10 years of experience in handling all the designs and overlooking 2 embroidery machines.
- Average English speaking skills.
- Should be an active team player / meet deadlines & ability to work long hours.
- Should be less than 45 years.

PATTERN MAKER
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker.
- Attractive package of remuneration is on offer for the right candidate.
MARKER MAKER
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marker Maker.
- Experience in Optitex Software.
- Attractive package of remuneration is on offer for the right candidate.
QUALITY SUPERVISORS
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Supervisor.
- Attractive package of remuneration & incentives is on offer for the right candidate.
SAMPLE ROOM OPERATORS
- Minimum of 5 years or above experience as a Sample Room Operator in Apparel Industry.

QUALITY CHECKERS
- Candidates passed GCE Ordinary Level or GCE Advanced Level & intend to choose the career in apparel industry.
