Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Customer Support Engineer/Associate at Norton Technology Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. The Customer Support Engineers/Associates will be responsible for system installations, commissioning and training, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for the company's industrial solutions.

Customer Support Engineer / Associates

  • Successful completion of Degree / National Diploma in Technology or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical engineering technology.
  • Experience in working with Apparel CAD CAM / Automation / Process improvement solutions is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Willing to learn and work in a broad area of technologies such as CAD CAM / Laser and various new technological solutions.

Technical Officers / Associates

  • NVQ or equivalent qualifications in the field of Electronics Electrical and Mechanical.
  • Willing to work in the Apparel CAD CAM / Laser machinery and applications.

General requirements

  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technological environments.
  • Hard-working and never give up attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Driving license.
