AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)

• Puttalam, Chillaw, Negombo, Gampaha
• Galle, Matara, Hambantota

What You'll Do:

As an Area Sales Manager, you'll take full ownership of your region's growth, driving sales, building strong distributor relationships, expanding retail coverage, and leading a motivated team of Sales Representatives. You'll play a key role in executing strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring our products reach every corner of your territory.

What You Bring:

• Marketing related qualification, preferably SLIM or CIM.
• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in FMCG field sales leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, communication (English, Sinhala, and Tamil), and analytical skills.
• Experience with SFA systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to travel extensively.
