Manager – Cloud Infrastructure Operations
Job Profile:
- Design, deploy, and manage multi-cloud/hybrid environments (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on cost optimization
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi for automated deployments
- Follow best practices for data security and governance, aligning with general standards for risk mitigation (CIS benchmarks, NIST, ISO)
- Manage secrets (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager) and encryption (BYOK, HSM)
- Manage observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
- Implement SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for cloud services
- Optimize latency, scalability, and resilience using CDN, Edge Computing
- Troubleshoot multi-cloud networking (VPC peering, Transit Gateways, SD-WAN)
- Manage immutable backups (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik)
- Explore GenAI ops for cloud automation (ChatGPT for IaC generation)
Candidate Pre-requisites:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Should possess minimum 10 years of total experience in IT, of which 4-5 years of proven experience in cloud computing & managing on-premise Data Centers
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional/Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Linux/Windows Administration Certifications
- Kubernetes (CKA/CKS) and Terraform Associate (003)
