Requirements
- Minimum more than 1 or 2 years experience in the call centre industry required.
- Excellent computer knowledge and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in verbal communication in English, Sinhala, and Tamil is essential.
Responsibilities
- Answer and make calls to assist customers with inquiries or issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
