Call Centre - Coordinator

General Responsibilities

• Handle the internal call centre functions of the organization.
• Responsibilities with regards to handling service-related calls as well as sales leads.
• Allocation of service technicians to service jobs and directing sales related calls to relevant sales personnel.

Requirements

• Age 20-40 Years
• Excellent command in English and Sinhala (Tamil Language is added advantage)
• Pleasant and friendly personality
• Previous Call Centre related experience would be an added advantage
• Ordinary Level (O/L), Advanced level (A/L) or higher education
