EXECUTIVE - AUDIT QUALITY ASSURANCE (4 VACANCIES)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive implementation strategy on the Sri Lanka Standards for Quality Management (SLSQM).
• Assist in conducting a thorough gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and prioritise implementation activities.
• Support the development and documentation of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Understanding of audit processes and methodologies, with 2 years of experience in a reputed audit firm.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT or software industry, would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
