Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Third-Party Social Compliance Auditor to join our Business Assurance team in Sri Lanka. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in compliance auditing with a dynamic and supportive global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the GCL Compliance Code, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct audits using relevant checklists, tools, and forms.
- Prepare and send audit plans to clients in accordance with protocol.
- Develop effective work plans to ensure audits are completed within set timeframes.
- Submit detailed, accurate audit reports within the required deadlines.
- Communicate audit findings with client site management and accreditation bodies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal audit delivery and client service teams.
- Take on additional assignments as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social compliance auditing.
- APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) is required.
- Lead Auditor training in Social Compliance, Management systems etc.,
- Audit Experience such as SA 8000, BSCI, ISO, SLCP, HIGG, Textile Exchange, WRAP, or similar frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- High standards of personal and professional integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and report-writing tools.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
