Executive Coordinator - Student Enrolment and Promotions

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the cost-effective execution of student development and student exchange programmes.
  • Monitor and manage budget allocations related to student registration and services, including at CA Sri Lanka branches located island wide.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyse data to continually refine and enhance student recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic enrolment plans to support growth and retention.
  • Contribute towards promotional efforts aimed at increasing student intake and strengthening engagement at the branch level.
  • Coordinate student promotional campaigns, educational exhibitions, and enrolment-related events.
  • Organise and facilitate orientation programmes and student engagement activities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A diploma or degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in student recruitment, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in organising or participating in promotional events will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital media tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including on weekends, when required.
