EXECUTIVE - DEPOSITS MOBILIZATION

Location - Fintrex Signature

As an Executive – Deposit Mobilization, you will be responsible for developing and managing a strong deposit portfolio, delivering exceptional customer service, executing branch-level mobilization initiatives, and contributing to innovative deposit product development. You will report directly to the Senior Manager – Deposit Mobilization and be part of a dynamic team of professionals in the Non-Banking Financial Services sector. This role offers a valuable opportunity to build a mutually rewarding career within the organization.

The Job Role

• Develop and manage a thriving liability (Deposits) portfolio, meeting established targets.
• Uphold service quality standards in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Make sure Internal/External customer are serviced with required service standards.
• Provide the accurate information in relevant area to the management for smooth business operation and to the regularity units/Departments.

Experience / Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum 02 years of experience in Fund Mobilization.
• Ability to work independently and effectively.
• Good customer service skill and team spirit.
• Full/part professional qualification in Marketing/Banking and Finance.
