The Job

The selected individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of strategies to achieve Sales Targets and Objectives. He/She will be tasked to recruit and increase the sales manpower in the branch, while monitoring and supervising the team, ensuring the respective targets are met.

The Ideal Candidate

• Below 50 years of age, with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a branch management/supervisory role. Past experience in a life insurance sales role would be a strong plus.
• Candidate should possess a good command of Sinhala/Tamil and ability to speak in English will be an added advantage.
• Having a Diploma in Sales Management will be an added advantage.
