Management Trainee-Field Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing field sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date of industry trends and competitor activities
- Arrange the individual area visit plan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and market trends
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs and product development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field from a recognized university
- Equivalent professional qualifications such as CIM or SLIM will also be considered
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to work in a challenging environment
- Proficiency in MS Office package
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel
- Age below 30 years
