SALES OFFICER / EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities
- Strategically promote and market ready-mix concrete solutions to contractors, consultants, developers, and key project stakeholders.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads through field visits, networking, and relationship building.
- Execute compelling site visits, technical presentations, and systematic client follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Seamlessly collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, monitor competitor pricing strategies, and identify emerging trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the construction materials industry (ready-mix concrete experience highly advantageous).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and related stakeholders.
