Requirements
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Experience in continental cookery.
- Should be able to make Indian, Sri Lankan, Western and Chinese food.
Waiter
Requirements
- Should be enthusiastic and with a hospitality personality.
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity would be an added benefit.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to guide and motivate junior staff, potentially including other waiters or food service personnel.
Room Boy
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- A creative person with a high degree of focus on quality.
- Proven professional hospitality qualification is an added advantage.
