DEMI CHEF

CHEF DE PARTIE

For Pastry / Bakery & Desserts

We are on the lookout for well experienced culinary enthusiasts who can manage our individual restaurants, from overall food preparation to overall stall performance, including managing staff, stocks, costs, quality, quantity, consistency and hygiene in the kitchen as per HACCP and operational standards.

If you,

  • possess a Culinary/Hotel School Diploma / NVQ level 3 minimum qualification (from Prima Baking School or any similar recognized institute)
  • are aged between 25 – 45 years.
  • possess minimum of 5-years experience in a similar capacity in the Food & Beverage / Hotel industry
  • possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • are able to work a flexible schedule including long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • have the ability to work under pressure and delegate tasks effectively...
