ECommerce Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team to strengthen customer relationships and manage our e-commerce operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
  • Maintain strong communication with customers through calls, emails, and messaging platforms to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, order updates, and after-sales support.
  • Process and coordinate online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor daily online store performance and suggest improvements for better user experience and sales growth.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, customer trends, and feedback insights.
  • Handle minor technical troubleshooting for e-commerce platform issues (with vendor support if needed).

Requirements

  • School leavers or above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic digital tools.
  • Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven mindset.

Salary

LKR 25000 - 60000
