ECommerce Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team to strengthen customer relationships and manage our e-commerce operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Maintain strong communication with customers through calls, emails, and messaging platforms to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, order updates, and after-sales support.
- Process and coordinate online orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor daily online store performance and suggest improvements for better user experience and sales growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customer trends, and feedback insights.
- Handle minor technical troubleshooting for e-commerce platform issues (with vendor support if needed).
Requirements
- School leavers or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic digital tools.
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and sales-driven mindset.
