Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws
  • Coordinate performance review processes and probation evaluations
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
  • Organize training & development initiatives and track participation
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits
  • Plan and support employee engagement activities and internal events
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Office Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail)
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (physical and digital)
  • Perform data entry and update office databases accurately
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
  • Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports as assigned

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
