Key Responsibilities:
- Develop focused organizational change strategies for ESG implementation
- Design targeted training approaches on sustainability topics
- Support key stakeholder engagement and communications
- Guide cultural transformation toward sustainability
- Help develop sustainability champions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in organizational Development, Business, or related field
- 2-4 Years’ experience in change management or organizational development
- Experience with sustainability initiatives or ESG implementation
- Training and facilitation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities
