Supervisor - Transport Operations
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Raise purchase requests for transportation related administration expenses, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for each transporter to ensure billing transparency and effective financial tracking.
- Follow up with transport vendors to collect invoices and credit notes and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure prompt invoice processing and vendor payments, resolving any discrepancies to maintain smooth financial operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Degree/Diploma in Supply chain and Logistics/Finance.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, time management, communication and collaboration skills.
- Inclination to data analytics with a data driven mindset.
- Willingness to provide operational support outside of business hours.
