What You’ll Do

• Supervise and guide a team of AC and refrigeration technicians.
• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of AC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults and provide efficient solutions for air conditioning units.
• Plan, schedule and execute maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and consumables.
• Maintain detailed reports and service logs.
• Provide technical support and on-site training for junior technicians.

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in AC, Refrigeration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of split, package, ducted systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
