POST OF ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining and monitoring store inventory exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfaction.
  • Taking inventory of products and ordering replacements.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and product returns accounts.
  • Building a good marketing and clients and providing an accounting team with relevant information.
  • Collecting monthly direct debits and making payments.
  • Preparing and entering journals into the system.
  • Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence.
  • Handling imports export Documentation.
  • Arranging products for display within the store.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s Part qualified in Accountancy OR any other related Qualification.
  • Proficiency with computers and book keeping software, strong typing skills.
  • Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
