Senior Executive ERP systems
JOB PROFILE
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and upgrades of the ERP system
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP functionalities
- Participate actively in ERP implementation and enhancement projects
- Generate and analyze ERP-related reports for decision-making support
- Train and support end-users and ensure system adoption
- Liaise with ERP vendors/partners for technical support and improvements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP Business One ERP system administration and implementation
- Solid understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and services
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Experience in developing queries in HANA studio and Crystal reports
- Knowledge of SAP Workbench is a plus
- Knowledge in developing Add-ons in SAP and integration through service layer would be added advantage
