Following Positions are available in the Head Office of AMSK Constructions (Pvt) Ltd. (a CS-1 accredited multiple award-winning construction organization) in Madampe.
Senior Quantity Surveyor (Claims & Contracts Administration)
Work Experience
- At least 08 years work experience in a Post-Contract Team of a reputed construction organization/s, preferably in a senior position handling post-contract QS practices.
- Outstanding competency on Contract Administration practices including contractual claims management, variations management, etc. Ability to draft high quality claim documentation is a key requirement.
- Excellent Overall competency on Project Monitoring techniques and commercial auditing aspects of large scale construction projects.
- Significant Experience and excellent competence in Project Budgeting, Controlling and other commercial management aspects & good overall knowledge in Project Programs.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a reputed Higher Qualification in Quantity Surveying discipline.
