Junior Executive / Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive / Executive to join our HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • Process and track leave requests and approvals.
  • Prepare attendance reports and assist in payroll processing.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support in handling legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain records of legal cases and follow up on ongoing litigation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or partly qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, or professional qualification in HRM (CIPM).
  • One year of prior experience in HR or completion of an HR internship.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
