◇ HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR records
• Foster a positive and productive work culture
• Provide HR insights and reports to management

◇ HR ASSISTANT

Assist in daily HR operations, documentation, recruitment coordination, and employee support functions under the guidance of the HR Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong team player with a professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior HR experience preferred (for Manager role)
• Age below 40 years
• Willingness to grow and contribute to a fast-paced maritime training environment

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
