Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Officer to join our dynamic team at Metalmann International (Pvt) Ltd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality hardware items. The Sales Administration Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by handling various administrative tasks, managing customer orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales department and other internal teams. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: GCE A/L in Commerce stream
  • Experience: Minimum of 02 years experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or hardware industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the hardware or manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales and inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of road maps of Island wide to streamline delivery process.
