FACTORY AC ENGINEER
We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission HVAC systems, including central AC units, split systems, chillers, and ventilation systems in accordance with factory layout and requirements.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and timely servicing of all air conditioning systems to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Identify mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Monitor temperature and humidity levels to ensure they are within optimal ranges for factory processes and comfort.
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation related to HVAC systems and refrigerants as per compliance standards.
Individual Profile
- Technically skilled professional with hands-on experience in industrial HVAC systems.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical wiring, and control systems.
- Committed to ensuring optimal temperature and air quality within factory premises.
- Experienced in conducting preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Focused on energy-efficient operations and recommending system upgrades when necessary.
- Familiar with safety standards and regulatory compliance related to HVAC and refrigerants.
